Community and First Nations engagement

The Northern Alliance Moose Meadows Wind Project is a joint initiative between the Northern Energy Alliance and renewable energy company, RES. Together, we believe communities should have the opportunity to become owners and partners in development rather than simply host it. The project is intended to create long-term economic opportunities and community revenue while supporting New Brunswick's growing energy needs.

We are committed to developing a project that delivers renewable energy while respecting the land, environment, and nearby communities. Our approach is built on early, transparent, and ongoing dialogue with First Nations, stakeholders, and the public to ensure that interests and concerns inform project planning from the beginning.

We invite community members to attend our public open house on September 15, 2026 from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. to learn more about the project, meet the project team, ask questions, and share feedback.

In the meantime, we welcome your questions and comments at northernalliancemoosemeadows@res-group.com
